Creamy Leek Potato Salad

This cramy potato salad is Swedish style with some sour cream and mayo.


Waxy potatoes Apple Pickled gherkin Capers Leek Mayonnaise Sour cream Mustard Pepper Salt Sugar

1. Boil the peeled potatoes. 


2. Chop your leek.

3. Chop the gherkin and capers.  

4.Wash and cut the apple into small bite size pieces.

5. Once the potatoes have cooled, cut them into bite-size pieces and place them in a large bowl.

6. Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, dijon mustard, black pepper, white pepper, salt, and sugar.

6. Mix the ingredients and pour the dressing over the mixture and stir until everything is well coated.

Top with spring onion or chives.
