Waxy potatoes Apple Pickled gherkin Red onion Mayonnaise Sour cream Mustard Black pepper Salt Sugar

1. Boil the peeled potatoes. 


2. Chop your onion into small cubes. 

3. Chop the gherkin. 

4.Wash and cut the apple into small bite size pieces.

5. Once the potatoes have cooled, cut them into bite-size pieces and place them in a large bowl.

6. Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, sweet mustard, black pepper, salt, and sugar.

6. Mix the potatoes, apple, onion, and gherkin and pour the dressing over the mixture and stir until everything is well coated.

Top with spring onion or chives.
