Blueberry  pie

Swedish blueberry pie is actually more of a crumble than a traditional pie.   But I guarantee you will fall in love with this caramelly blueberry oat heaven. 

Ingredients

Blueberries Rolled oats Wheat flour Sugar Butter Starch Baking powder Salt

Step 1

1. Mix the blueberries with sugar and cornstarch.

2. Spread the mix as an even layer 

3. Mix the dry ingredients together

4. Melt the butter and pour it onto the dry ingredients. Mix into even batter.

5. Spread the batter evenly on the blueberries and bake for 40 minutes at 350 F.

6. Let the pie cool a bit before serving, about 10-15 minutes.

Serve with whipped cream or ice cream
