Ingredients

Cut a round piece of parchment paper into the bottom of your springform pan

Melt the butter

Whip the eggs and sugar with a hand whisk, so the structure of the eggs is broken down

Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

Add the flour into the egg-sugar mix through a sieve.

Add the melted butter as last and mix gently.

Pour the batter into your springform pan and bake at 350 F (175 C)

Let the cake cool down, remove it from the springform pan into a serving plate. Add powdered sugar on top.

Decorate with powdered sugar and serve with whipped cream Fresh berries are also a nice addition
