To make a slurry, add: warm milk  yeast  sugar  some flour  salt 

Step one

Add rest of flour and knead to get viscosity

Step two

Add the room temperature soft butter and keep kneading for 10 minutes

Step three

4.Let your dough rest for 30 minutes.  5.Make small round buns 6.Let the buns rise 7.Give an eggwash 8.Bake at 400F 15 minutes

Whip your heavy cream. Make the almond filling by mixing ingredients together.

Use a piping bag to add a generous heap of whipped cream
