Juicy home- made traditional meatballs with Swedish flavor.

Ingredients
For sauce
Ground beef
Onion
Breadcrumbs
Milk
Egg
Salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Allspice
Heavy cream
Flour
Souy sauce
Dijon mustard
Black pepper
Beef stock
1. Finely chop the onion.
Instructions
2. Fry the onion in a dab of butter until it takes on color.
3. Mix breadcrumbs, milk, and spices in a bowl and leave to swell for 5 minutes.
4. Add in the onion and ground meat. Massage the mixture. Let stand in the fridge. Roll into round balls.

5. Space out the meatballs on the pan.
6. Fry the meatballs until they brown.
7. Make your sauce in the same frying pan.
8. Heat up the meatballs in the creamy sauce.
Serve your meatballs in the sauce or serve the sauce in a pitcher separately.
