Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 small red onion
  • 200 grams firm smoked tofu
  • cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice(optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper or black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 jar seaweed caviar pearls.

Instructions
 

  • Cut your onion into very tiny pieces.
  • Cut your tofu into small cubes.
  • Chop the soft green parts of the fresh dill with a knife or scissors.
  • Mix the mayo, onions, tofu, caviart, and spices.
  • Store in an airtight container.

Nutrition info: 1 portion has 225 calories, 21 g fat, 0,8 g carbs, 10 g protein.
Use as a sandwich spread. This amount is enough for 8 Swedish/Danish style toast.
Use as filling for oven potatoes. This amount makes also a sandwich cake.
