Air-fryer garlic asparagus

Air-fried garlic asparagus is a simple and delicious side dish made in minutes using an air fryer. To make this dish, fresh asparagus is seasoned with garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper and then cooked in an air fryer until crispy and tender.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon mild sweet chili pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Rinse your asparagus and trim off the tough ends.
  • Combine the oil with minced garlic, salt, and chili. Toss well to coat the asparagus evenly, or brush with a silicone brush.
  • Place the seasoned asparagus into the air fryer basket and bake at 350 F (180C) for 5 minutes.
  • If your stalks are thicker, you can cook for 7-8 minutes. (shake the basket halfway)
  • Remove the asparagus from the air fryer and serve immediately.
