Simple lingonberry Jam

Lingonberry jam is very simple to make yourself from frozen or fresh berries in just 10 minutes.


Lingonberries Water Sugar

1. Place the berries and water in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil.


2. When the berries begin to burst and release their juice, add the sugar. Let simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 10-15 minutes.

3. Skim this off with a spoon for a clearer jam. Transfer the hot jam to sterilized jars.

4. Seal and store in the refrigerator.

Serve as a side

Serve with some swedish meatballs and mash.
